Export your Google Timeline from your phone, then choose the file here. It is analyzed entirely in your browser — the file is never uploaded.
Android
Settings → Location → Location Services → Timeline → Export Timeline data. The file is saved as Timeline.json.iPhone
Open the Google Maps app → tap your profile picture → Settings → Location & Privacy → Export Timeline data, then “Save to Files” in the share sheet. The file is saved as location-history.json.
